The 2023 race will be held on Sunday morning, August 20th, with a 09.30 race start time.
💥ROUTE UPDATE💥
Following discussions with the relevant authorities, permission has been given to use the St. Finbarr’s A.C. Cork City 10 Miler traditional route!!!!!!!!.
This change means that the course is now almost fully flat, and also the route is mostly on pedestrianised pathways/roads.
Whilst the decision was a late one and we apologise for any inconvenience to runners, the decision was taken to ensure the health and safety of our participants was paramount.
