The social part of it, having the chats and pushing myself to get better too.
Q. What do you find the most challenging thing about training?
Finding the time to train while juggling kids activities, work and everything else that is in the mix.
Q. Do you have a favourite training location?
Love the track sessions at MTU or in the Regional park for longer sessions.

Get up early enough to have the same breakfast that I normally do and get to the loo about 10 times before the start of the race!
Q. What will you eat the morning before the race?
Tea, toast and a banana.
Q. Do you have any tips for anyone who may be running a 10 mile race for the first time?
Make sure you get the miles in first. Race day will be easier if the legs have put in the milage.
Don’t worry too much about the time and enjoy the atmosphere on the day!
