Q. Do you have any pre-race rituals?
Coffee – I get nice coffee en-route to every race
Q. What will you eat the morning before the race?
Porridge before I leave home and a banana about half an hour before the start
Q. Do you have a top tip for this year’s race entrants?
Be process orientated not outcome orientated – get a bit better with each training session
