Like to get a good warm up in before, it’s key to get the legs ready for the road ahead!

Scrambled eggs on toast & coffee

Enjoy the experience, trust your training, and use the pacers to take the thinking out of the run.
Q. Do you have a top tip for this year’s race entrants?
Keep it steady at the start, and try and have a kick towards the end of the race, no better feeling than a strong finish!
