It’s tough when you’re tired or after work but once you get the gear on you’re running!

Tay Road Cobh or around the 10 Mile race route.
Do you have a race day strategy (run solo, with a pacer or with a friend)?
Do you have any pre-race rituals?
Check the gear bag about 20 times!
What will you eat the morning before the race?
Porridge and of course coffee.
Any tips for others entering a 10 Mile race for the first time?
Don’t go out too quick and if you have a plan try to stick to it. You have to respect the distance.
