Q. Any tips for others entering a 10 mile race for the first time?

Yes! You’ll enjoy it more if you get the training right. Give yourself plenty of time, so you are not cramming unnecessarily.

Remember too, that you will find an extra mile or two on the day, with adrenaline & the race day athmosphere allowing you to bridge any small gap between what you have done in training and what is required on the big day.
