Cork City’s 10 Mile Road Race

The John Buckley Sports Cork City 10 Miler is a flat and fast 10 mile road race held in Cork City every Summer.

The 2022 race, held on August 20th, saw over 1,000 people taking to the roads and we expect that to grow year on year. Details for the 2023 event will be announced in Spring.

A flat and fast 10 mile road race taking participants around Cork City’s Marina walkway following the river Lee, the Blackrock Loop and The Old Railway Line.

St. Finbarr’s AC are delighted to be host club and welcome all joggers & runners to take part in the event.

The race, an Athletics Ireland registered event, has a flat and fast course which proves popular with fun and elite runners alike.

The John Buckley Sports Cork City 10 Miler is delighted to be part of the Kia Race Series, seven road races around the country, with a guaranteed prize pot of €27,000 on offer.
